About me
I am an economist from Peru. I evaluate social projects, programs and policies to make some remarkable quality improvements. I also do some research about living standards, politics (electoral systems), and the way how latin american states are financed and how they spend their resources. Finally I teach economic methodology at a public university called UNI in Lima, Perú.
