Currently I am the Coordinator of Software Support and Training for Howard County Library. In 25 years with Howard County Library I have worked in many different departments (Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, Automation, to my current position in Information Technology). I have supervised student pages, learned and managed 4 different systems to request ILL materials, written procedures/instructions for Circulation,Interlibrary Loan and FAQS for staff as well as the public, taught many classes (Windows, Groovix [our version of Linux], Thunderbird, Webmail [for email], RSS feeds, and Web 2.0 for the public).
