About me
While in grad school I attempted to launch a medical software company in 2003 in the wake of the ‘Dot-Bomb’ and industry meltdown in the tech world. Knowing less than nothing about launching a business, even with a handy dandy MBA on the wall, I couldn’t get the venture to profitability fast enough to sustain it and put it on the shelf in early 2004.
I then jumped into the Mortgage Business in 2004 on the downslope of the biggest refinance boom in the history of the World while still licking my wounds from the failed software venture. This time though, I realized how little I actually knew and proceeded to pursue every ‘guru’ under the sun that appeared to be more successful than me, which was obviously everyone. I learned so much and became so proficient at implementing to get results that I was asked to be a business advisor for one of my mentors, Dan Kennedy and then a consultant with and the Director of Marketing for Chet Holmes International.
In the process over the past five years of study and work, I've invested $75,000 in a post-MBA education with every guru, coach and trainer you can name and a very significant realization was made… there’s too much information in this world to sift through and it all consumes time and money to go through it.
So I figured I'd share that knowledge and learning curve with anyone that will implement from it and operate best as a Business Growth Strategist since some solutions fall under sales, others under finance or management, but most fall under marketing, which is my favorite area to focus on and get serious leverage with.
