I'm realising what's happening. Help me understand it all
Very conceptual, but with a technical bent i.e. I can talk to developers.
Currently Working as a Product Manager for a large Telco in Sydney on Consumer Security.
Previous life included Software Development in Advertising services, mainly print. I KNOW PDF and Advertising workflows. Very interested in MetaData exchange, especially as a driver for Customer Experience LOVE.
Also worked for Apple (Operating Systems)and Canon as a Software Tester. Also spent some time as a Printer, Compositor and Designer.
Oh, and I blog and owe lots of $$ to the CBA.
