Christian De Neef has a degree as an electronics engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Management. On his assignments, he has held a variety of positions related to Systems Architecture & Development, Project Management, Management Consulting, Knowledge Management, Transition Management, Work Organization, Research & Development, etc.

Working at the DMR head office in Montreal from June 1992 to October 1996, he participated as a researcher in the development of the company's methodologies, and was subsequently responsible for the support and marketing of R&D products.

Back in Belgium since the autumn of 96, Christian De Neef has been responsible for the companies' methods and tools in Europe, the first European director for Education, and a global director of Knowledge Management, successfully leading an international team of 20 people and providing company-wide knowledge support services.

At the turn of the century, he had responsibility for supporting the Content, Document, and Knowledge Management service offerings in Western Europe, concentrating on large European public administrations (commission, agencies, etc.) as well as the private sector.

Until September 2005, he was also responsible for Fujitsu's Business Consulting practice in Belgium & Luxembourg.

Since then, he has worked as an independent consultant, leading large and small international clients in their strategic change efforts, working at the crossroads of Innovation Management, Knowledge Management & Learning Organizations.

Over the last 15 years, his assignments have led him to focus more on human and organizational issues – such as transition management, organizational change management and technology transfer, as they pertain to IT. He has developed his career along these lines, taking on management responsibilities of increasing scope and importance.

Finally, he is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on a variety of subjects (Value Management, Knowledge and Content Management, The New Economy, Innovation) in international conferences.
